Information we collect from you

M+F Health Communications Ltd will not divulge your details to any third party, which includes Industry Vision Group members, except in fulfilling the above and we will not sell your details to any third party.

  • To our ultimate holding company (Exclaim Communications Limited company registered in England and Wales under number 10283748), as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2996;

If we receive a report of an adverse event or quality complaint regarding Industry Vision Group member company products, we are legally bound to manage the communication and may contact you for further information. We may subsequently notify the competent health authorities of the communication. In this context, your information will be forwarded without identifiable information.
